  2. How we use Information: We use your information to:

    a) Manage accounts, bookings, memberships, waivers, intake forms, client records, electronic signature records, and payments

    d) Improve our services and website/app functionality, perform analytics (including through tools such as Google Analytics and similar technologies), understand how users interact with the Site, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Site and our operations

We may also use information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, property, and safety of the Studio, our clients, and others.

  3. Sharing of Information: We may share personal information with trusted vendors and service providers that help us operate the Studio and the Site, such as providers of booking and scheduling software, waiver and e-signature platforms, customer relationship management and client database tools, payment processors, email and text communication platforms, customer support tools, website hosting providers, and analytics or advertising partners (including providers such as Google and Meta, if used). These providers are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise described in their applicable terms and privacy notices. 4. Cookies & Analytics:

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, keep users logged in, understand usage, measure the performance of campaigns, and improve user experience. These technologies may include, for example, Google Analytics to help us understand Site traffic and usage patterns, and Meta Pixel to help us measure advertising effectiveness, understand interactions with our Site, create or inform audiences, and deliver or optimize ads on Meta platforms. Information collected through these technologies may be combined with other information we or our service providers hold about you. Depending on your jurisdiction, certain cookies or similar technologies may be placed automatically because they are necessary for Site functionality, while analytics, advertising, or other non-essential technologies may be used only with your consent. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent for non-essential cookie, pixel, or analytics technologies through a banner, consent manager, or similar tool, and you may later manage your preferences through the tools we make available, your browser settings, applicable device settings, or, in the case of Google Analytics, through Google’s available opt-out tools. Disabling certain technologies may affect Site functionality.

  5. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, replying STOP to a marketing text message (if applicable), adjusting any available cookie or consent preferences, or contacting us using the information below. Depending on applicable law, you may also have the right to object to or limit certain processing activities, including certain analytics, advertising, or targeted marketing uses. We may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping, legal, contractual, safety, or operational purposes.

  6. Security; Data Retention; Minors: We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information; however, no security measures are perfect and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, and some information may also be retained by our third-party service providers in accordance with their policies and legal obligations.
