Reformer instructors at Kinetic are responsible for leading safe, challenging, and thoughtfully-cued classes at our North Boulder location. Instructors will sequence classes and playlists that reflect the Kinetic brand standard, style and energy.

Instructor Requirements

• Certified in reformer Pilates instruction

• Ability to confidently sequence classes with little to no guidance

• Strong understanding of anatomy and alignment

• Confidence in providing modifications and progressions to a range of abilities

• Clear, confident teaching presence

• 1-2 years of teaching experience (ideal, but not required!)
