All Kinetic classes are 50-minute contemporary reformer Pilates workouts.

Our instructors curate their playlists to keep you energized and locked in.
Class types rotate by focus — from upper- and lower-body emphasis to endurance and resistance-based power. We guarantee a full-body, low-impact, yet challenging workout.

This is a full-body class defined by faster pacing and continuous movement.
Transitions are quicker and sequences flow with momentum, challenging your endurance, body awareness, and coordination.

This is a full-body class that incorporates props like resistance bands and hand weights to add load and build strength.
Added resistance challenges stability and core engagement and builds controlled power.

This class places an emphasis on arm, shoulder, back, and core strength, but still guarantees a full-body workout.

Free parking is available in the lot that surrounds the perimeter of our building, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There is also free street parking available on Portland Place, just south of our studio.

The reformer uses spring-based resistance to deliver a low impact workout. You may be sitting, laying, or standing on the moving carriage, adjusting the spring load to increase or decrease resistance.
First timer? Our instructors will give you run-down of the reformer when you arrive to the studio.

No, our instructors are trained to teach to all levels. In class, they’ll offer modification options and intentional layering, so you can progress an exercise to the point that feels achievable to you.
Our instructors will be notified if it’s your first class, and will walk you through the reformer before we begin.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. We’ll introduce you to the space and the instructor will give you an overview of the reformer.
Grip socks are required, and can be purchased at the studio.
We recommend wearing fitted clothing that allows you to lunge, squat, and stretch your arms comfortably.

If you’ve been cleared for low-impact activity, you’re welcome at Kinetic.
Let your instructor know about any injuries before class so they can support you with appropriate modifications. Note that classes may include weight-bearing through the ankles, knees, wrists, and elbows, and can be adjusted as needed.
