Studio Policies
First Timers
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. We’ll introduce you to the space and the instructor will give you an overview of the reformer. First timers will not be admitted late to class, because we place high priority on making sure you’re oriented to the equipment before starting.
Closed-toe grip socks are required and can be purchased at the studio. We recommend wearing fitted clothing that allows you to lunge, squat, and stretch your arms comfortably.
Waitlists
Our waitlists close 1 hour prior to class start time. Guests are added on a rolling basis and will receive a text if they are let in off the waitlist. Once enrolled, the studio’s cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you can no longer attend class, please cancel at least 8 hours prior. Any cancellations received less than 8 hours prior will be deemed “late” and class / membership credit will be lost.
Failure to check in for a class will result in a $20 no-show fee, as well as loss of the class / membership credit.
Late entries are not permitted more than 5 minutes after class begins. Note that first-timers will not be admitted late. We’d love to help book you into a future class, so that you can get a proper walkthrough of the reformer from our instructor team.
