Reformer instructors at Kinetic are responsible for leading safe, challenging, and thoughtfully-cued classes at our North Boulder location. Instructors will sequence classes and playlists that reflect the Kinetic brand standard, style and energy.

Instructor Requirements

• Certified in reformer Pilates instruction

• Ability to confidently sequence classes with little to no guidance

• Strong understanding of anatomy and alignment

• Confidence in providing modifications and progressions to a range of abilities

• Clear, confident teaching presence

• 1-2 years of teaching experience (ideal, but not required!)

Studio Assistants at Kinetic are the first point of contact for our community. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and willing to support both clients and instructors.

Role Requirements

• Ability to manage class check-ins and client questions

• Support light studio upkeep between classes

• Comfortable using booking software and point-of-sales systems (training will be provided)

• Interest in wellness, fitness and/or Pilates

• Availability for early morning, late afternoon/evening and/or weekend shifts
