  • Reyna has been teaching high-intensity reformer for 2 years and mat pilates for 6 months. She’s been a lifelong athlete—swimming, playing waterpolo, surfing, and skiing once she moved to Colorado.

She loves incorporating moves into class that help you train your body for whatever you love to do outside!

What’s on her playlist: Upbeat house music, some dubstep, and oldie rap songs that you probably forgot about.

Favorite move: Reverse lunge or side lying legs

  • Julianne is co-founder of Kinetic, alongside her partner Nicolaas. She began teaching group reformer classes in San Francisco, until the dream of owning her own studio took shape.

She found Pilates during her professional ballet career, and you'll see her inner dancer come through in her teaching — classes are choreographed intentionally to minimize transition time, and she loves curating each playlist to reflect the arc of class.

What's on her playlist: Groovy remixes of popular songs, and you can bet on some Rufus du Sol.

Favorite move: Long Stretch — I love that it forces you to find that shaky stability through your core!

  • Jennifer has been teaching for nearly a decade, with a background spanning yoga, sculpt, Pilates, barre, and strength-based movement. She was first introduced to Pilates through her mom, but really fell in love with it later in life after a back injury, when it became the only way she felt strong, safe, and confident moving her body again.

That experience pushed her to deepen her practice and complete a 500-hour Pilates certification.

Her classes are dynamic and always evolving, shaped by her background and continued learning. She's intentional about how she builds sequences and focuses on the "why" behind each movement so you can feel strong, supported, and in control of your body the whole way through. There are always options to layer things up or take them back, and the goal is for you to feel confident moving in a way that works for you.

What's on her playlist: R&B, hip-hop, house, and more

Favorite move: Glutes and side-lying work — it hits every time!

  • Sterling has been teaching Pilates for 5 years in both group and one-on-one settings. He was first introduced to the method through classical ballet, as a way to cross-train (fun fact: Jules and Sterling met each other 10 years ago in the Butler University dance studios!).

You'll see his dance career come through in class, with lots of action-based and descriptive words while he's cueing.

What's on his playlist: A mix of upbeat pop and alternative tunes. Don't be surprised by a pop punk banger to two!

Favorite moves: Long spine and Scooter— I love the complexity of combining back body engagement and spinal articulation, and also a spicy standing glue series built off of scooter.
